Terms of Service

These terms apply to services booked with Beqiraj Cleaning.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days. If the job differs on the day we'll talk to you before doing any extra work.

Bookings and cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. We may reschedule for unsafe weather and will always let you know as early as possible.

Our guarantee

If you're not happy with any part of the clean, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no cost.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are sent by email.
