How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you spot a streak within 7 days, tell us and we come back and fix it free. If you're still not happy after that, you don't pay for the clean. No forms, no arguing.

What might cost extra?

Very large feature windows, skylights, pool fencing, or glass with paint or render that needs scraping. If your home has any of these we'll tell you before we book. Never on the day.

Do I have to sign up to the Clear View Club?

No. One-off cleans are always available. The Club just saves you up to 20% and means you never have to remember to rebook. There's no lock-in contract and you can pause or cancel anytime.

Do I need to be home?

For outside-only cleans, no. We just need access to the yard. For the Full Window Refresh we need to get inside, so we'll book a time that suits you.
